1. When will my order ship?

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your order through the link provided.


4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only update your shipping address before your order ships.

5. What if I entered the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.
We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

7. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage.
We will replace or refund the item.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. The easiest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order.


9. Do you offer refunds?

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


10. The tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package.

Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local delivery office.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
